Event Attendees
All ticket purchases for Heartlink Network Women's events are final. No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations. However, tickets are transferable to another individual with written notice sent to the event organizer with no less than 7 days prior to the event. In the rare event that an event is canceled or rescheduled, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the new date.

Showcase Vendors
All showcase vendor fees are non-refundable. Should a vendor need to withdraw from the event, no refunds will be issued. Vendor spaces may be transferred to another qualified business with prior approval and at least 14 days written notice with no less than 7 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled or postponed, registered vendors will be eligible for either a full refund or a credit toward participation in a future event.
