Joy Miyatake is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Human Design Strategist who helps women move beyond overthinking, self-doubt, and the pressure to do things the way everyone else does. Through her work at Joyful Presence®, she combines yoga therapy, somatic awareness, and Human Design to help women discover their unique strengths, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and navigate life and business with greater clarity and confidence.
