Ivette Osborne - Faith Forward Midlife Mentor, Author and Business owner

Hello friends! I’m Ivette Osborne, yes like most of us, I wear many hats, but it all comes down to one thing, knowing your worth!

I am a faith-centered midlife mentor and wellness advocate dedicated to helping women step into getting clear, being confident, and regaining strength without dieting or burnout. Through my partnership with Make Wellness, I believe in more than just supplements, I believe in transformation from the inside out. Therefore guiding women in midlife to reclaim their health with practical, sustainable strategies that support metabolism, energy, and hormone balance, without extremes, deprivation, or overwhelm.
I help women break the cycle of confusion and frustration so they can show up fully physically, emotionally, and spiritually in the season of life they’re in.

I’m also a co-author of Don’t Be This Girl!, a bold, honest, and uplifting book that empowers young women to recognize unhealthy patterns in dating and relationships and to find strength, self-worth, and freedom in who they are, not in someone else’s script. Don’t Be This Girl! combines real-life insight with candid encouragement to help women rewrite their own stories with confidence.

In addition to my coaching and wellness work, I serve as the CEO of From a Friend, a nonprofit organization committed to meeting practical needs while sharing hope and faith in action.

And am very excited to announce my new pop up store “The Storehouse Atelier” in Lake Havasu City. I collect and curate vintage and antique decor and furniture and help you design a vintage modern feel that shouts “one of a kind”. You can locate us at Desert Porch Mercantile in the downtown area.
