I’m the founder of Lead Outside the Lines, where I help people expand their human capacity to navigate uncertainty, see greater possibilities, and create what’s next, even when the path forward isn’t clear. My work has two primary expressions. I work with accomplished, heart-centered women who know something more is calling them. Not more to do. More of what matters. And I work with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, change, and futures that their existing playbooks may not be designed to create.

For women, I offer coaching, masterminds, retreats, and the Visionary Women’s Alliance – where accomplished women come together to create their next chapter in alignment with who they are and what matters most, expanding their capacity to lead, contribute their unique gifts, and create a legacy that is distinctly their own. My podcast, Your Next Era, explores what happens when the way we created our success is no longer the way we want to create what comes next.

For organizations, I provide leadership capacity development, strategic facilitation, workshops, and speaking that help leaders and teams expand perspective, navigate complexity, access collective wisdom, and create new possibilities when familiar approaches are no longer sufficient in a world of change and uncertainty.

I’m a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, TEDx speaker, and 25-year military, executive, and start-up leadership veteran. I’ve coached thousands of leaders through high-stakes change, transformation, and growth and served on the Executive Leadership Team of AFWERX, the U.S. Air Force’s innovation catalyst. I hold a master’s degree in Leadership and have extensive training and certifications across neuroscience, human development, coaching, facilitation, design thinking, and executive management.

At the heart of everything I do is a question I’ve lived throughout my own life: How do we create what’s next when a proven path doesn’t yet exist?
I don’t believe the answer is another cookie-cutter checklist. My work creates the conditions for people to recognize what matters, access more of their own and others’ wisdom, see possibilities beyond what they already know, and expand their capacity to create a way forward that is authentically their own.
